Welcome to the Annapolis Maritime Museum (AMM) Boat Restoration Crew’s website. We are a volunteer crew for the Annapolis Maritime Museum, located at the mouth of Back Creek on the Eastport peninsula in Annapolis.

Our crew has completed work on the Peg Wallace (the crew and the Peg Wallace are featured in the photo above). You can learn more about the Peg Wallace and Chesapeake Bay workboats on the “Boat History” and “Photos” pages. You can also meet the guys on the “Crew” page. If you are interested in working with us, see the “Contact” information below to get in touch.

Our crew plans to restore more wooden boats and help preserve and share the culture that makes Annapolis remarkable. Thanks for visiting; hope to see you in Eastport.

In the News

Diane M. Rey, reporter for Annapolis’ newspaper The Capital, interviewed crew members about their work and wrote a feature article on the Peg Wallace, entitled “New life for old workboat.”
